How do you fill your sample bottles?
– Our sample bottles are filled through careful spraying or pouring directly from the authentic original bottle into the smaller sample size bottle.
Do you fill and store sample bottles ahead of time?
– No, every perfume sample is made to order, and is filled by hand when you place an order.
What will I receive when I order 1 ml, 2 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml samples?
– You will receive hand-decanted samples which have been transferred from authentic bottles into our smaller sample size bottles.
Does the 1 ml sample bottle have a sprayer?
– No, the 1 ml sample bottle does not have a sprayer. The 2 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml sizes do have sprayers.
Why isn’t the sample bottle I received filled all the way to the top?
– As a precautionary measure, sample bottles are never filled to the top to prevent leaking or overflow during shipping and handling. Our sample bottles have a capacity greater than the advertised volume, but we fill them with the amount you chose and paid for. This means that even if the bottle isn’t completely full, you can be confident that you’re receiving the full amount of perfume you purchased.
How do you store your perfume?
– The perfume available as samples on FragrantLeigh is stored in a cool, clean, dark, dry cabinet. This is how we recommend customers to store their perfume as well.
